Board of Commissioners

Sulphur Parks & Recreation is governed by a Board of five Commissioners who are appointed by the Calcasieu Parish Police Jury.  Three of the members are appointed from the three divisions of Sulphur with the other two members being appointed as at large representatives.

Frasch Golf Course

Frasch Golf Course is an eighteen hole, par 71 course.  The facility offers a Pro Shop, clubhouse & grill, as well as a driving range with chipping and putting greens.

Monday - Friday: 5:00am – 8:00pm
Saturday 8:00am - 2:00pm
Sunday 1:00 pm - 5:00pm

*Friday- Gymnasium, including basketball, volleyball and pools close at 7:45pm

* Sunday - Gymnasium open to SPAR Members only.  All other areas not affected.
