Sulphur Parks and Recreation offer several locations with Rental Facilities

Facilities are subject to availability and can be reserved from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. only 

• Carlyss Park Recreation Room • 6043 Carlyss Drive • Sulphur, LA (Seats 75)
• Center Circle Park Recreation Room • 80 Center Circle Drive • Sulphur, LA (Seats 100)
• Frasch Park Recreation Room • 400 Picard Road • Sulphur, LA (Seats 100) 
• Frasch Pavilion  . 400 Picard Road . Sulphur, LA 

Rental Rates:

Carlyss Rec. Room - Three (3) Hour Minimum at $20.00 per hour, plus $50.00 Cash Only Breakage/Cleanup Deposit are required to reserve.

Center Circle Rec. Room - Three (3) Hour Minimum at $20.00 per hour, plus $50.00 Cash Only Breakage/Cleanup Deposit are required to reserve.

Frasch Rec. Room - Daily Rental Fee at $200.00 per day, plus $75.00 Cash Only Breakage/Cleanup Deposit are required to reserve. 

Frasch Pavilion - No Charge

Reservation must be made in person Mon.-Fri. 8 A.M. - 5 P.M. at:

Reservations:

• No telephone reservations will be accepted. Reservations must be made in person and are made on a first come, first served basis.
• If reserving party cancels more than 30 days prior to the event, a full refund will be made. If the reserving party cancels less than 30 days prior to the event, only half the rental fee will be refunded.
• There are no fees or deposits required for the use of outdoor picnic pavilions, but they must be reserved in person at the SPAR Administrative office. If the pavilion is not posted by SPAR staff as reserved, it is available on a first come, first served basis.

General Conditions:

• The facilities are available from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. (unless SPAR administrative staff approves additional hours)
• Alcoholic Beverages are prohibited on SPAR property and in all facilities.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the facilities.
• The use of vulgar language and profanity will not be tolerated on park premises.
• Noise will be kept to a minimum.
• Facilities will not be rented to anyone under 21.
• There must be at least one Adult chaperone (21 or older) for every 12 persons under age 18.
• A CASH breakage/clean-up deposit is required from all facility users at time of rental. (contact Administrative office for details)
• SPAR Facilities may not be used for profit. No charges for services, admission, food/drink, product sales, etc. are allowed.
